Essa receita eu achei no orkut mas aqui em casa a gente já fazia igualzinho.
Croquetes com sobras de carne
Vale qualquer carne, carne de porco, de boi, de frango, chester e dá para misturar tudo. (eu vou congelando as sobras e quando tenho uma quantidade razoável faço os croquetes)
Tire todas as gorduras das carnes, corte em pedaços e passe pelo processador.
Para 600 gr da carne processada:
3 ovos inteiros
1 cebola média picada bem miudinho ou raladasaltempero verde picadinho a gosto
4 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo
Um pouco de leite para dar a liga.
Misture todos os ingredientes e leve ao fogo baixo mexendo até desgrudar do fundo da panela.
Deixe esfriar e forme os croquetes, passe na farinha de rosca, no ovo batido misturado com um pouco de água e novamente na farinha de rosca.
Frite em óleo não muito quente ou asse no forno pincelando cada croquete com óleo e untando a forma (só com óleo).
Obs minha: aqui em casa eu só faço no forno porque não somos fãs de fritura. Fica muito bom.
