Ingredientes
- 2 batatas (cerca de 300 g)
- 120 g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente
- 2 xícaras (chá) de fécula de batata
- ½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
- Sal a gosto
- 1 ovo batido para pincelar
Sugestões de cobertura:
- Sementes de papoula
- Sal grosso
- Ervas finas desidratadas
- Queijo parmesão ralado
- Salsinha picada
- Páprica
- Gergelim branco
Modo de preparo
Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.
Numa panela com água, cozinhe 2 batatas com a casca.
Retire a casca, esprema e reserve.
Se preferir, cozinhe no microondas, sem a casca, dentro de um saco plástico e depois esprema.
Obs.: é importante cozinhar a batata sem água para que ela não retenha umidade.
Numa tigela, misture as batatas cozidas e espremidas, 120 g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente, 2 xícaras (chá) de fécula de batata, ½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado e sal a gosto.
Misture até formar uma massa lisa.
Leve para a geladeira por 15 min.
Retire a massa da geladeira.
Pegue pequenas porções da massa e enrole formando palitinhos de cerca de 28 cm de comprimento ou faça os modelos de sua preferência.
Pincele cada tira com 1 ovo batido e salpique a cobertura desejada a gosto.
Coloque os palitinhos numa forma untada com óleo e leve para assar a 200ºC por 25 ou 30 min até dourar.
Depois de esfriar, armazene em sacos plásticos ou embalagem tampada para que não murchem
