Receita da Fer
Ingredientes:
1 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo
1 colher de chá de sal
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó e mais um pouquinho
1 ou 2 ovos levemente batidos
3 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida
1 a 1 1/4 de xícaras de leite
Preparo:
Peneire os ingredientes secos numa vasilha. Misture. Numa outra vasilha misture os ovos, manteiga e leite. Misture rapidamente os ingredientes secos com os molhados. Misture bem com o batedor de ovos ou uma colher de pau. Frite na chapa ou frigideira levemente untada com manteiga.* é hora de virar a panqueca qdo ela faz bolhinhas na superfície* coloque cubinhos de manteiga em cima de cada panqueca, conforme for empilhando num prato a parte* sirva com geléia, mel ou frutas frescas!
