Pastelão frito ou assado receita daqui
Faça uma massa assim:
Farinha de trigo (que baste)
1 colher (sopa) de fermento biológico granulado ou seco
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
1/2 xícara de leite morno1 colher rasa (sopa) de sal
1 colher (sopa) rasa de margarina culinária
Faça uma esponja com o leite, fermento, açúcar e 1 xícara de farinha de trigo. Deixe crescer, por uns 20 minutos esse mingauzinho.
Junte o sal, a margarina e mais farinha de trigo até que fique uma massa macia (não dura). Sove até que ela fique lisa. Deixe crescer novamente. Abra com o rolo para fazer pastéis grandes.
Recheio:
carne moída bem temperada
queijo mineiro em fatias
Não precisa crescer novamente.

Nota: Se não quiser fritar todos,
pode deixar, já recheados, na geladeira
para fritá-los no dia seguinte.
