Ingredientes:
• 100 g de açúcar granulado
• 150 ml de água fervente
• 50 g de gengibre ralado
• 1 pimenta-de-cheiro (ou malagueta) picadinha
• Raspas de 1 limão
• Suco de 1 limão
• Sal e pimenta-do-reino (moída na hora) a gosto
Prepare assim:
• Derreta o açúcar em fogo baixo, sem deixar queimar, junte a água fervendo e acompanhe até o caramelo estar homogêneo;
• Junte os outros ingredientes e mexa até dar ponto de geléia.
Você pode servir esta geléia junto com camarões grelhados!
